It was all about NYC this weekend!

I came home to the most amazing surprise bouquet of flowers from a lovely gf!  

I made some yummy dinner :) Brussle sprouts, tofu and couscous

 Then I made a Martini Glass Cake....fail. I used organic vanilla frosting which just slides right off the cake. So I might have to do a redo for my little miss moore's bday in nyc...Yes, i am going to be transporting this cake by bus. Wish me luck.

The best time of the day! All the kiddies fast asleep. (for 2 hours!)

Cool people ice skate!

When was the last time you went ice skating? I feel like everything is harder as an adult...and it is so much more embarrassing to fall when you are 22 verse 9 years old. I can say proudly that neither the roommate or I fell! Mission complete.
